Highlights from the video….
1. Friday, November 7th is Fountain Pen Day! We will be offering a free italic grind (stub, cursive italic, or crisp italic), valued at $40 with the purchase of any Current Inventory Pen. Click here for the gallery showing these pens, or you can watch the video above to see them. There is also a slideshow at the bottom of this post showing these pens.
2. To take advantage of this offer, send me an email with your request on Fountain Pen Day between 12:00am and 11:59pm, EST. Obviously, I might not be able to respond to emails sent outside of business hours and additionally, I’ll be busy at the Ohio Pen show. However, as long as your email is in my inbox within those hours, we’ll honor the free grind.
3. The Ohio Pen Show is also on Friday, the same day as Fountain Pen Day, and will continue until Sunday. We hope to see you there!
4. If you request a pen for the Fountain Pen Day Special that happened to sell at the Ohio Pen Show, fear not, we will either figure out an alternative pen, or we can remake the pen for you.

As usual, our friends up in Michigan put on another excellent Michigan Pen Show!
While it’s not the largest show out there, it’s tons of fun, a bit more relaxed, and all the vendors are excellent. At a show like this, myself and other vendors can usually take more time with each customer, which makes for a great experience all around. And of course, you’ll still find all things vintage and modern, as you can see within my photos.

We’ll be packing up today for the Michigan Pen Show!
If you haven’t attended, it’s a really nice intimate show and there are always plenty of excellent vendors in attendance. You’ll find all things in modern as well as vintage pens.
We will be bringing our Current Inventory with us. I’ll include a slideshow below that will show the pens that we’ll be bringing.

The Chicago Show was another good one! It was great to see some of our regular Chicago-area clients, and to meet some new ones.
I will be doing some much-needed catch up work around the house today, and then I’ll be back to work tomorrow. If you are expecting an email response from me, you’ll hear from me perhaps today, but most likely tomorrow.

Hi Pen Fans!
First off, I need to apologize as I will not be able to do a current inventory video like I normally do for the Pen Shows. We’ve had a really busy last couple of weeks.
We are leaving for the Chicago Pen Show today! We’ll be returning around the 6th. If I’m slow with emails, you’ll know why.
We’ll be bringing somewhere in the range of 250 pens with us, including around 45 pump fillers and around 40 pneumatic fillers!
We look forward to seeing you in the Windy City!

Well, the LA Pen Show was excellent!
It was great to see lots of our regulars from the West Coast, and to meet some new friends!
Unfortunately, we were literally packed to the absolute maximum when it comes to what we could fly with, which means that I couldn’t pack my camera. However, even if I had the camera with me, I honestly don’t think that I would have had much time for photos! We were awfully busy!
If you are expecting an email from me, I’ll do my best to get through all emails today, but there’s a sizable amount, so if you don’t hear from me today, definitely tomorrow.
For those of you who would like to see some good photo coverage of what you might have missed at the LA Pen Show, AltecGreen did a great job of documenting the show, and posted his photos here on a thread at FPGeeks.
