Do You Have a Return Policy?
Any pen can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days granted that the pen comes back to us in the same condition that it left our facility. If you have a problem with your pen beyond 30 days, please contact us and describe the problem.
If a pen is returned for a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping costs back to the owner.
If a pen is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, such as adjusting the nib to a user's preference, or a detail that was not discussed before manufacture, I need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer's preference of shipping method.
I Really Like a Particular Pen on the Website, but it's a Fountain Pen. Can I get it as a Rollerball?
Certainly. Generally, all of our pen models can be made as rollerballs.
I am not a big fan of Paypal. Are there other ways that you accept payment?
Certainly. We do take credit cards. We're OK with personal checks, but you will have to wait for your check to clear before we will ship your item. We will immediately ship orders paid for with a money order. Please contact us to arrange for other payment methods.
