Shipping and Repairs

US Orders

With all domestic orders, we ship via USPS.  All orders are insured and tracked. If we are shipping to an apartment complex or office building, we will require a signature.

International Orders

We have two methods for shipping internationally.

1) USPS Priority International.  This is tracked and fully insured to most countries. Cost is typically $27-45.  If you want to send us your exact address, we can send a quote.

2) UPS or FedEx.  If you want your package tracked, insured, and guaranteed to any country, this is the method to use.  However, typical costs are from $80 to $110, depending on the package’s destination.

Returns and Repairs

Any pen can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days granted that the pen comes back to us in the same condition that it left our facility.  If 30 days have passed, contact us.  We are interested in repeat business, and will figure out a solution that is good for both you and us.  Refer to Our Guarantee.

If a pen is returned for a manufacturing defect, we will cover return shipping costs to the customer.

If a pen is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, or a detail that was not discussed before manufacture, we need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer’s preference of shipping method.

Once a nib receives a custom grind, we cannot refund the cost of the grind, but we can refund the cost of the nib.

With nib work and repairs, please allow 2-8 weeks, depending on our current backlog.

Payment

Most of our transactions are through Paypal.  We also take credit cards.  If you prefer to use a personal check or money order, this is no problem.
