Edison Pen Company Shipping Policy
US Orders
With all domestic orders, I ship via USPS. All orders are insured and tracked.
International Orders
I have two methods for shipping internationally.
1) USPS Express International. This is tracked and fully insured to most countries. Cost is typically $25-35. I will send a quote.
2) UPS of Fedex. If you want your package tracked, insured, and guaranteed to any country, this is the method to use. However, typical costs are from $40-80, depending on the package's destination.
Returns and Repairs
If a pen is returned for a manufacturing defect, I will cover return shipping costs to the customer.
If a pen is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, such as adjusting the nib to a user's preference, or a detail that was not discussed before manufacture, I need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer's preference of shipping method.
