Hi Pen Fans!

I have great news in that we will be moving our business in late January/early February. This is wonderful for us, as we will increase from our current space almost 4-fold. Right now, we’re getting awfully cramped and simply running out of room as we grow.

Now the bad news is that this move will create a conflict with the LA Pen Show. 🙁

When we get prepped for a pen show, it literally takes about 2-3 weeks of work to get adequate inventory created. I’ve weighed all options and this move will definitely create a conflict. I wanted to let our West Coast friends know about this as soon as I knew for sure. LA is easily one of my favorite pen shows, so this was not an easy decision. But unfortunately it has to happen this way.

We will close down for an entire week when we do make this move. If the timing of anyone’s order is effected by this, I’ll reach out to those customers directly.

The next piece of news is that over the Holiday break, I moved our email servers. The reason for making people aware of this is that while doubtful, it’s possible that a few emails got lost in the shuffle. So if you are expecting an email response from me and don’t receive it by the end of the day Tuesday, please reach out.

Lastly, stay tuned! We’ll be announcing some great new items in early 2017!

Hi Pen Fans!

We’ll be heading to the Ohio Pen Show today!

For those who have never attended this show, I recommend it. This show is always a nice combination of Vintage and Modern Pens.

Normally, I would put together a quick video showing what pens we are bringing, but I’m afraid that we’ve been a little too busy for me to have the time for this. So instead, I’ll share a slideshow below showing all of the pens that are coming with us. (if you can’t see this slideshow, click here)

We’ll be set up Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! We hope to see you there!

We are packing today for the DC Pen Show!

Remember that this show is easily the biggest and best pen show in the US, if not the world. I would recommend doing your best to attend this show!

Once we get back from LA, we’ll photograph the pens that need photographed and put them into our Current Inventory Gallery.

While we are gone, I won’t be doing emails.  Our employees Jake and Wendy will be holding down the fort while we are gone, however.  So you might get an email response from one of them.  But any issues that need my direct attention can’t be fielded until Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

The Ohio Pen Show is this weekend!

This show is one that I definitely recommend.  It’s a great mix of new pens and vintage pens, and there’s always some of the world’s best vendors attending.

We will be set up Friday through Sunday.

Hi Pen Fans!

As usual, LA was a fantastic pen show!

It was great to see some of our usual faces, and to meet lots of new fans.

We are still a bit tired and jet-lagged, but we are back to work today.  If you are expecting an email from me, I will respond to you today.

Regarding photos – normally after the pen shows, I host a nice slide show of my pics from the show.  However, I’ve been loving Instagram lately, so if you’d like to check out our LA Pen Show photos, head on over to the Edison Instagram account.

Hi Pen Fans.

Sorry to say, but we won’t be able to make the Philly Pen Show this year! We have a family obligation that we really can’t miss.

Philly is one of our favorite pen shows, and I realize that a lot of our fans look forward to visiting with us.  I wanted to make our fans aware as soon we knew for sure.

Our apologies for this! Our next pen show will be LA in February.
